Make Money With Paid Surveys

HOW PAID SURVEYS WORK

Once you register with a paid survey site, you will receive surveys in your email. It is up to you which surveys you choose to participate in. You will be paid for each survey you complete, following the price per survey the site offers. Most of the time, these surveys will take you about 5 to 15 minutes of your time to fill out, and usually offer a payment of $10 to $75 for each. Focus groups pay quite a bit more per survey, usually up to $250.

The amount of money you make will depend on how many sites you join and how many emails you receive in a day, you could make several hundred dollars daily. Look at it this way, if you receive and complete at least 25 paid surveys a day at $10 to $15 each, you would be making anywhere from $250–$375 per day. At 5 to 15 minutes per survey you would be working anywhere from 2 1/2 hours, to a bit over 6 hours every day. If all of these surveys were from focus groups paying $75 each, you would have the potential to realize a whopping $1875 per day. You can see the potential to make a good deal of money participating in paid surveys.

Why Would Anyone Pay For Your Opinion ?

As a consumer, your opinion is important to companies before they introduce a new product or service to the market. Paying to have a consumer fill out surveys is a much more cost effective way to perform research, as the company cannot afford to introduce a new product or service that nobody will buy.

It is well worth it for a company to pay a consumer to fill out a survey, participate in an online focus group, or pay to watch a new movie trailer and give their opinion. This way they will get consumer opinions, good or bad, before they put any money into production.

How to Find Affordable Timeshares at EBay

With the increasing demand for timeshare properties,
where one has versatile options on how to use it, it
has become one of the most popular ways on which one
will buy a certain unit for vacation purposes. But
then again, with its astronomical prices, people now
prefer to purchase timeshare properties in the resell
market rather than buying a new one at a steeper
price. Also, people can get to critique and find some
considerations from the selling party to get the best
deal possible.

Find One at EBay!

Of course, you may find one with your extensive
connections on finding a reseller of timeshares but
you may also opt for the best reselling website right
now, which is Ebay. Not only you may find an extensive
list of people who are selling timeshares, it is also
one of the best and most reliable companies that are
selling them. Also, they give big discounts on these
kinds of properties. So not only do you have a lot of
options in Ebay, you can avail of it at a better price
than anywhere else in the market.

Today, the firm has an estimated 1400 timeshares which
are placed from the west coast to the east coast, from
Hawaii to Manhattan. With that list in place, you are
assured that you can find the best place that is
suited to your lifestyle and needs. If you luck out,
sometimes you’ll get a substantial discount of 75%.
Sometimes, you may even get a property for an
unbelievable $105. But when you think about it, the
maintenance costs aren’t cut, so it’s likely that
you’ll get around $650 as bill for maintenance and a
rather funny one that costs only $105 for the
property.

With the phenomenal costs of maintenance on hand, you
also have to watch out for other costs you may incur.
For instance, a property that costs around $120 may
also have $700, $350 and $100 in maintenance, closing
and resort transfer fees, respectively. So all in all,
you have to pay around $1280 for the first year.

Other Benefits

The most wonderful benefit that you can get for
purchasing timeshares in Ebay is that you’re free from
convoluted timeshare contracts. But what you have to
know, however, is the state policies that come with
the timeshare; meaning, you have to know where the
location of your unit is. You should know them because
it will help you escape big trouble in the long run.
It would be great if you can get help from a good
lawyer. Check it out properly, taking notice of the
fees, taxes and restrictions that come with the
timeshare property. You also have to remember that you
must avoid freaky scams and only entertain EBay fees,
nothing more, nothing less.

Conclusion

With all the conveniences and benefits that come along
with purchasing a timeshare property in EBay, the site
is definitely for keeps. It screens the system every
now and then to find out who is a known malicious
seller or not. But then, don’t forget of the overhead
and maintenance costs that come with the timeshare.
These are not discounted like the property price, and
it is very likely that these fees may cost around
three or even eight times the property. Lastly, you
have to watch out for the policies that come with
specific timeshares. So that not only will your
vacation will be safe, it will be hassle-free and
inexpensive as well.

Part 9 – More Monetizing Options

We’ve discussed about using Google Adsense program and other merchants’ affiliate programs to generate profits from your blog. However, we have a lot of other options of monetize your blog, so we’re going to look into that today. Here are a few more ways to monetize your blog and make money from home.

Chitika Program

The first option we’ll be looking at is Chitika (www.chitika.com). Chitika is a very innovative contextual advertising program because it can serve very detailed advertisements. For example, on your technological gadget blog, Chitika will show advertisements for tech gadgets such as iPods. The way they show it is in different tabs: one for “Best deals”, another for “details”, another for “reviews” and so on. This way, it is more of an informational section for your visitor rather than an advertisement, and naturally the click-through will be higher. You can apply here: https://chitika.com/application.php?type=mm

Amazon Affiliate Program:

You can also be an affiliate for Amazon.com. Amazon offers a wide range of products but its predominant domain is in books. Whatever your niche is about, you can probably find a book about it on Amazon.com. Join their Associate programme here: https://associates.amazon.com/gp/flex/associates/apply-login.html/

Once you join them, you can refer visitors to them and earn up to 8% commission. It’s not a lot but if you can manage to refer big volumes of visitors, Amazon is for you. This program really shines when it comes to the ways you can refer visitors: you can use their predefined templates to pull up recent items that match a certain criteria you set, you can target your ad to show a specific item on sale or you can just simply weave your referral links into your blog posts.

Sell Ad Space on Your Blog:

Last but definitely not least, you can sell advertising space on your blog if your blog is truly popular. Just take a look at any popular blog with high page rank and traffic.Any blog that receives over 10,000 page views every day and naturally merchants will want to strike a deal with the blog’s owner to post their advertisements there. If you manage to pull in huge amounts of traffic like that blog, you can definitely get people to buy ad space on your blog for prices from $150/month upwards, depending on your blog popularity.

How to Know Your Pageviews and Visitors:

One way to know your page view and daily traffic is through free tool, called  Google Analytic at http://www.google.com/analytics/. Sign up with your Google account and add your site to it. Another way to gauge how much pageviews and visitors you get everyday, just use the free tool available at www.statcounter.com. They have a very detailed setup guide there so I won’t go into it.

If your blog has not acquired large amount of visitors yet, you can still sell ad space on your blog on a per click or per impression basis. Just visit sites like www.adbrite.com. For a complete list of these sites, visit http://performancing.com/node/60.

Hopefully, that will help you maximize earnings and profits from your blog! Keep working and with time, your blog will be making money in every day consistently.

3 Common PPC Marketing Mistakes

I am not PPC expert by any means but before jumping in anything 100%, doing right research helps and these are a few things I have learned which I want to share with you all.  PPC, Pay per Click, marketing is one of the most powerful marketing tools that are available on the internet today. But just like any other advertising campaign it needs to be done with careful planning and consideration in order to avoid certain pitfalls that may occur while you are creating your marketing campaign.  If you begin your PPC marketing plan without careful planning first you have set yourself up to lose thousands of dollars and tons of wasted hours.  There are books available that you can read that will help you put a great plan into place for your PPC Marketing plan.

Putting a successful PPC marketing plan is easy though without books if you avoid a few of the more common mistakes that most people make. Note though even if you have discovered that you have made one of the following errors that can be easily fixed quickly and get your campaign back on track.

1. Mistake 1

The most common mistake people find themselves doing in creating their PPC marketing plan is using their homepage as the landing strip.  While to most business owners it may seem logical to have your visitors brought to your homepage there are reasons why this should not be done.
• People who will click on your advertisement are most generally looking for a specific item. Instead of bringing them to the home page, create a landing strip for your ad to bring them too.  This will allow you to bring your customers exactly the right spot that they are searching for. This will make them happy because you saved them time and as a result they are more than likely to visit again.  Each of your landing page should be keyword specific relating to your add. It should also not contain any other links or distractions.

2. Mistake 2

If your landing page is confusing to your reader you will lose sales as a result.  If you create a PPC that is targeted to the visitors key word it will result in sales almost every time as long as it easy for them to read and understand.  Your landing page should also be part of the keyword that they are searching for.  Make sure that it easy for the reader to find. You should also have several different landing pages if you have several different keywords or topics.

3. Mistake 3

Every search engine that is available on the internet today will use its own methods as to where to place your ad.  One of the biggest mistakes that people who are new to PPC marketing make is that they do not tightly target their keywords well enough to get considered for optimum placement on the search engines.  Over 85% of all search engine results are based on the top three ads.  If you are not able to focus your keywords well enough you will not make the top three and have the potential to lose a lot of money as a result.

As you can see the more common mistakes made by new users to the PPC Marketing world are fairly easy for anyone to make. Knowing how to fix them is the key to a great PPC marketing campaign.

What To Do If You Need Money Right Now?

I often get asked when people know that I blog on side from my main job and I make a little money, that how they too can start making money right away. Some are looking for easy money, while others are in real genuine need as they might have lost a job and need money to survive.

I have been there when I almost lost my job, I was lucky enough to find a job within my company, I was worried about my family and a child to care for if I lost a job. So, I hear you and I understand how you feel.

Is blogging or making money online is right for me?

If you need money by tomorrow or in next week, blogging or creating a website is not a right solution for anyone. Why? Because I have been blogging for over 2 years and I finally learned how to make a little money but not enough to quit my job. While I agree some people can money from blogging in a few months, if you need instant money starting a blog may not be the right idea.

So, what can I do to make Money Now?

If you need money soon because of health reasons, medical bills, emergency situation such as losing a job or getting in an accident, you can get some money by following this tips;

  1. First of all, cancel all cable, newspaper, magazine and other monthly plans you can do without. It will not make you money but it will save you paying extra. Right now, we can use all the help we can.
  2. Sell household items to make some cash. You can sell furniture, phones and other valuables.
  3. Sell your car, specially if you have 2 or more car per household and you can share a car for awhile. If you do decide to sell a car, make sure to cancel car insurance on that car to make one less bill pay.
  4. Negotiate payment plans with creditors such as Hospitpal, doctor’s office and even credit card company, so you will not have to pay hefty interest fees later.
  5. If you are renting, go for smaller rental place to save rental fees or get a roommate.
  6. If you own a home, you can rent out a bedroom to get money. Always make sure and check background of person before renting it to anyone. I say, spending $25 for background check is worth lot more then paying for it later in headaches and crazy person who has your house keys now.
  7. Do some services to make money such as mowing a lawn for someone, giving rides, fixing a computer, freelance writing, cooking a meal for busy people or whatever your expertise might be. You may not make thousands but it will keep you afloat.
  8. Ask and borrow money from friends and family members, until situation improves.
  9. Eat or cook at home to save money on take outs, or restaurants bills.
  10. Last resort might be to take out of your 401K or IRA. You will hit 10% penalty plus taxes but it will save from filing bankruptcy.

Remember, however bleak the situation might be, it will get better. Just hang in there. You can still start a blog on side but do not expect to replace your income in week time.

How To Create A Web Site That Sells

Your business website is essentially your storefront, business card and most significant marketing piece all rolled into one. How it affects your visitors and customers is then essential to your success. Provide a memorable experience and customers are sure to return time and time again. Let’s take a look at five keys to creating a website that sells.

Key #1 Make your website interactive.

As the internet continues to grow and evolve it’s becoming more important to create a community around your business. To accomplish this you want to engage your visitors and customers. This can be accomplished a number of ways. You can:

* Provide a forum
* Post surveys or polls
* Enable visitors and customers to review or rank items. For example a “How valuable was this article?” question and a scale of 1 to 5 stars or a ranking from 1-10.
* Offer a blog and inspire comments and feedback
* Host contests and sweepstakes
* Publish video and audio content as well as written content. This gives users another way to access you and your personality.

Key #2 Make sure your website provides value.

People go online for a number of reasons. They go online to research a potential purchase, to seek solutions for a problem they’re having and to be entertained. If your website provides all three; products, information, and entertainment then you’re in tip top shape. The good news is your content can provide both the information and the entertainment and when written well, can also inspire purchases. Here are a few ideas to provide value for your customers and prospects:

* How to articles, videos, and audio
* Tips articles, videos, and audio
* Case studies
* Workbooks and reports
* Interviews with experts
* Product reviews

Key #3 Make sure your website is easy to navigate.

It takes a visitor about 20 seconds to make a decision about whether they’re going to stay on your website or click away. If your site is laid out nicely, with products and services, information, prices, FAQs, and content easy to find then people are more likely to hang out – the longer they stay on your site the more likely they are to make a purchase or to return again.

To make your site easy to navigate consider:
* Keeping your site simple.
* Keep your pages uniform with the same options and appearance.
* If you have a lot of content, great! Use drop down menus and organize your content by topic for easier access.
* Offer a search function where users can search for products, services, or content topics quickly and easily.
* Provide a way for users to easily go back to previous pages. A back key is an option however if every page has the same options and drop down menus, including the ability to quickly return to the home page, a visitor will always be able to find what they need.
* Test your website’s appearance on different browsers to make sure every visitor has a good experience.

Key #4 Make your website easy on the eyes.

Ever visit a website and the text was so small or the colors so incompatible that you couldn’t read a word? Readability is critical to a selling website. Make sure:

* Your colors are easy on the eyes,
* Your graphics aren’t distracting
* And keep formatting like underlining, bold and italics to a minimum.
* Spacing between sentences and paragraphs is adequate
* Font size is large enough for people to read and font is easy to read

Key #5 Give them a soft sell.

People expect to be sold to and they’re looking for it – they’re wary. Instead of hitting website visitors with a hard sell, provide information, solve their problems and show them the benefits of your products or services. They’ll be much more receptive and appreciative.

Creating a website that sells requires a structured approach and a desire to create the best experience possible for your visitors. Once you’ve created your website, consider testing it and asking associates, friends and family for their opinion.

Tips To Sell your Digital Photography at Stock Photo Sites

Many of your hobbies can be turned into business ideas that can make you money. As a digital photographer you can sell those beautiful photographs online. Here are some ways to do that.

Digital photography allows you to capture a variety of images in a variety of formats. For instance, remember when you used to visit the carnival or amusement park and they took those old-fashioned pictures of people? The pictures looked faded but that was simply a sepia tone. You can create the same effect on your digital camera when you edit a photo.

Stock photography is one of the best ways to break into the online digital photography market. You can sell your photos to others who need pictures for websites, newsletters, magazines and e-zines and other media. Surf the Web lately? Many of the photos look the same. Your photos can add a new flavor to what is currently being offered. There is never any harm in seeing how your images will be perceived.

First, understand how the stock photography business works. On these sites, customers can purchase pictures or lease them for a certain amount of time. On some sites, photos are free to use when signing an agreement of use and including a link back to the site.

As a photographer, you will make more money if your photos are leased as opposed to being sold. The one time sale may net you some cash but the lease will provide a continuous source of income off of that one photograph. And, many people can pay to lease the photograph at one time. Through the leasing process, your work will be viewed by a large audience.

Start by researching current stock photography sites. Find one that offers the leasing option to customers and also has an easy-to-navigate site. Begin here and test the waters with your work.

Now, all you need to do is produce some quality work. Look at other stock photographs. What do they have in common? Are the pictures clear? Can you make out all of the features of the photo? At the least, your photographs need to be clear with the subjects in the foreground.

Another consideration is the type of digital photos you are trying to sell. More of the same that already exists won’t be received well. The stock photography companies are out to make money too. Don’t be afraid to try some new ideas for holiday photos or for everyday photos. They will let you know what does and does not sell.

In the meantime, create a website or blog with links to the stock photography sites featuring your work. This will send more people to view your photographs and may lead to other opportunities in the future.

Top 10 Simple and Doable Traffic Ideas for your Blog

Blogs are popular ways to create an online presence for personal and business reasons. You can build a blog for free and begin posting content right away. But, what good is that content if no one is reading it. Here are ten ideas to bring in the traffic your blog needs to survive.

Of all the successful blogs on the Internet, hundreds more have failed. Running a blog is like running a business website. Unless you are willing to put the time in and treat it seriously, you won’t be blogging long.

That is not to say that the failed bloggers weren’t serious about blogging. Mostly, new bloggers aren’t prepared for the work that goes into creating a successful blog. Just building the blog doesn’t mean that people will necessary come to you. You pursue the audience and give them a reason to see what you have to say.

1.    Fresh Content – no one wants to visit a blog day after day and see the same posts. Update your blog content at least twice a week. This will be easier if you write several posts ahead of time and upload them at the appropriate times.

2.    Article Marketing – the niche you’ve chosen for your blog is one that interests you. If it is interesting you will spend more time doing it. Create content not only for your blog but also to be submitted to article directories. Use the resource box to advertise your blog so people can find you.

3.    Social Networking – these sites are everywhere. Join Facebook, MySpace, Squidoo, Twitter or a dozen others and make connections. You can join groups of likeminded people who are also bloggers or entrepreneurs.

4.    Viral Marketing – this is where you spread the word about your blog. Talk to friends, family and even strangers. Give out business cards that have your blog address on them.

5.    Use RSS Feeds – RSS stands for “Really Simple Syndication.” Readers can subscribe to your feed and get email updates when new content is posted. It is an easy way for them to keep up with your blog without spending all day online.

6.    Submit Blog to Search Engines – doing this allows your blog to be ranked. Google and Yahoo! are two of the most popular search engines you want to crawl your blog pages. It doesn’t guarantee top ranking, though. You’ll have to do a little more work for that.

7.    Joining Forums – as a blogger you are a budding entrepreneur. Right now you are marketing yourself to find traffic and then profit. Become a member of business forums, work at home forums and others to meet new people and share ideas. You can add a link to your blog in the signature line so others can find you.

8.    Visit other blogs – show your appreciation to those who visit you by also posting comments on their blogs. It is a kindness that shows others you are not just out to advertise your blog alone. Add links to your blog in your comments.

9.    SEO Marketing – whatever you write, use relevant keywords. Keyword density between three and ten percent is good for getting higher page rankings in search engines. Base your keywords on a research you do to find the most popular words used in search engines for your niche.

10.    Social Bookmarking – submitting posts to social bookmarking sites allows others who are members of those sites to track you back to your blog.

Using any of these ideas will start the traffic moving in your direction. It takes time but you will build the readership you want.

Make Money Online With Ebooks

EBooks: A High Profit, Low-Maintenance Business

If you are serious about making money online, there are a number of ways to do it. One profitable idea is eBooks. They require very little cost upfront and can provide lots of revenue for your business.

What are EBooks?

EBooks are digital reading media that is easy to pass along to others. Many are opting for electronic books over printed books these days for several reasons. One, eBooks are shorter versions of more traditional books that can be created and published by you.

Secondly, eBooks are easy to use and store. They fill files on your computer instead of space on bookshelves in your home. EBooks can be read in PDF format online or printed to take with you. Unlike traditional books, as soon as you order an eBook, you can have access to it in minutes.

What does that mean to you?

Do you like to write? If you have a way with words and a talent for enticing readers, you can use eBooks to bring a profit to your blog or website. Use your niche as subject matter for your eBooks. Since you already have knowledge about, say, Internet marketing, put your experience to work by offering it to others in the form of an eBook.

The cost to you is negligible. With a blog or website, you already have access to the Internet and a computer that is probably filled with software that is needed to work with eBooks: Microsoft Publisher, Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Word. It is not a matter of creating the inside of the eBook. There are books and online articles that give tips for writing eBooks people will want to read.

EBooks vary in size. You may be able to charge more for longer books or you may command a good price for shorter ebooks that provide very concise and valuable information.

An eBook can be composed in a Word document on your computer. Use Microsoft Publisher to format your work and add extras to attract readers. Turn your Word document into a PDF file for easier downloading and printing by customers.

Selling EBooks

Now that you have created this eBook, you’ll need to find a way to get it into people’s hands. Marketing your eBook follows the same lines as marketing your website or blog.

Use article marketing to draw attention to your eBooks. Create an article series based on your eBook. Submit these articles to article sites and on your blog or website. Give just enough information in the articles to have the reader wanting to know more. In the resource box, mention the eBook and link to your website. Submit articles to social bookmarking sites with links to your website page showcasing the eBooks.

For customer ease, link your eBooks with your checkout process. Once the customer pays (PayPal, credit card, debit card) they will receive a link via email or automatically where they can download your product.
